Description:

This tablet combines Bisoprolol Fumarate, a cardioselective beta-blocker, and Dapagliflozin, a sodium-glucose co-transporter-2 (SGLT2) inhibitor. It is primarily used in patients with Type 2 Diabetes Mellitus and/or Heart Failure with Reduced Ejection Fraction (HFrEF). Bisoprolol helps reduce blood pressure and heart rate, while Dapagliflozin lowers blood glucose levels and improves cardiovascular outcomes.

Usage Information

Dosage

Usual adult dose: 1–3 mg/kg/day (adjusted by physician). Take after meals to minimize stomach upset. Swallow whole with water. Regular blood tests (CBC, LFT) are required during use.

Contraindications
