Description:
This combination tablet combines Spironolactone, a potassium-sparing diuretic and aldosterone antagonist, with Torasemide, a potent loop diuretic. Together, they provide effective management of edema associated with heart failure, liver cirrhosis, and renal disorders, as well as hypertension.
Spironolactone 50 mg helps reduce fluid retention while preserving potassium levels and blocking aldosterone effects.
Torasemide 5 mg promotes efficient diuresis by inhibiting sodium and chloride reabsorption in the loop of Henle, increasing urine output and reducing edema.
This combination offers synergistic diuretic action with balanced electrolyte management and reduced risk of hypokalemia.

Usage Information
Dosage
Adults: Typically 1 tablet once daily or as prescribed by the physician Take with or without food, preferably in the morning Dose adjustment may be necessary based on clinical response and electrolytes monitoring
