Description:
This potent combination tablet combines Spironolactone (50 mg), a potassium-sparing diuretic and aldosterone antagonist, with a higher dose of Torasemide (10 mg), a loop diuretic with strong diuretic and antihypertensive effects.
This formulation is used to treat edema associated with congestive heart failure, liver cirrhosis, nephrotic syndrome, and other conditions involving fluid overload. The synergistic action allows enhanced removal of excess fluid while minimizing potassium loss, improving electrolyte balance and patient compliance.

Usage Information
Dosage
Adults: Usually 1 tablet once daily or as prescribed Take with food to reduce gastric irritation Dose may be adjusted based on clinical response and electrolyte monitoring
