Description:
Mirabegron 25 mg ER is a beta-3 adrenergic receptor agonist used to treat overactive bladder (OAB) with symptoms of urinary urgency, frequency, and urge incontinence. It works by relaxing the detrusor muscle in the bladder, thereby increasing bladder capacity and reducing the need to urinate frequently.
The extended-release formulation allows for once-daily dosing, enhancing patient compliance and minimizing fluctuations in drug levels.

Usage Information
Dosage
Standard adult dose: 25 mg once daily, with or without food May be increased to 50 mg once daily based on response and tolerability Swallow whole, do not crush or chew Always follow physician's prescription. Adjustments may be needed for patients with renal or hepatic impairment.
