Dosage
Usual Pediatric Dose: 10–15 mg/kg/day divided into 2–3 doses Standard Adult Low Dose: 125mg 2–3 times daily, depending on condition Form: Tablet or oral suspension Note: Always use as prescribed by a physician. Do not self-adjust dose.
