Description:
This formulation combines essential, semi-essential, and non-essential amino acids with Xylitol USP 5 g, a carbohydrate energy source. It is designed for parenteral nutrition (PN) and post-operative, critical care, hepatic, or renal patients who require protein and nitrogen replenishment along with caloric intake.
The amino acid spectrum includes L-Isoleucine, L-Leucine, L-Lysine, L-Methionine, L-Threonine, L-Phenylalanine, L-Tryptophan, L-Valine, L-Arginine, L-Cysteine, Glutamic Acid, Histidine, Proline, Serine, Tyrosine, Alanine, Glycine, and Aspartic Acid, mimicking human protein composition. The added Xylitol provides energy without a spike in blood glucose, making it suitable for diabetics and hepatic-compromised patients.

Contraindications
