Description:
Ofloxacin 100 mg/100 ml is a broad-spectrum fluoroquinolone antibiotic used to treat a variety of bacterial infections. Administered intravenously, it is effective against both Gram-positive and Gram-negative bacteria, making it suitable for serious infections such as urinary tract infections, respiratory tract infections, skin infections, and sepsis.
Ofloxacin works by inhibiting bacterial DNA gyrase and topoisomerase IV enzymes, preventing bacterial DNA replication and transcription, leading to bacterial cell death.

Dosage
