Description:
This combination medication contains Donepezil HCl (5 mg), an acetylcholinesterase inhibitor, and Memantine HCl (10 mg), an NMDA receptor antagonist, used together in the treatment of moderate to severe Alzheimer’s disease and other neurodegenerative disorders.
Donepezil works by increasing acetylcholine levels in the brain, improving memory, awareness, and daily functioning.
Memantine helps regulate glutamate activity and protects neurons from damage caused by excessive stimulation.
This dual-acting therapy slows cognitive decline, improves behavioral symptoms, and enhances the quality of life in patients with Alzheimer's and dementia-related conditions.

Usage Information
Dosage
Typical Adult Dosage: 1 tablet daily (Donepezil 5 mg + Memantine 10 mg) Taken once daily, preferably in the evening Route: Oral administration Swallow whole with water Note: Dosage may be adjusted based on patient’s response and tolerance Always use under medical supervision

Contraindications
