Description:
L-Ornithine L-Aspartate (LOLA) 5g Injection is a liver detoxification agent used primarily in the treatment of hepatic encephalopathy, liver cirrhosis, and elevated ammonia levels (hyperammonemia). This injectable formulation rapidly reduces blood ammonia levels and improves liver function by enhancing the urea cycle and glutamine synthesis.
Each 10ml ampoule contains 5g of L-Ornithine L-Aspartate, administered intravenously for quick action. It is especially beneficial in acute liver conditions, chronic hepatic failure, or post-operative liver support.

Usage Information
Dosage
Route: Intravenous (IV) infusion Typical Dose: 1–2 ampoules (5–10g) diluted in 250–500ml saline or glucose solution Frequency: Once or twice daily, depending on the severity of the condition Should be administered under medical supervision
