Description:
This combipack injection combines two essential medicines:
Ondansetron 2 mg/ml – a 5-HT3 receptor antagonist that effectively controls nausea and vomiting associated with chemotherapy, radiotherapy, and surgery.
Ranitidine 25 mg/ml – a histamine H2-receptor antagonist that reduces stomach acid production, preventing acid reflux, gastritis, and stress ulcers.
Together, this combination is highly effective in:
Preventing post-operative nausea and vomiting (PONV)
Managing chemotherapy/radiation-induced nausea and gastric discomfort
Preventing gastric irritation due to NSAIDs or stress in hospitalized patients
Used in pre-anesthesia protocols
Each unit typically includes two ampoules or a dual-chamber vial, one for each drug, to be administered separately as per instructions.

Dosage
Route: Intravenous (IV) administration, separately Ondansetron: 2 mg slowly IV before chemo/surgery Ranitidine: 25 mg IV diluted in saline over 5 minutes To be administered by a medical professional Frequency as per medical indication (usually every 8–12 hours if required)
