Description:
CeftriSul-375 is a combination antibiotic used to treat a wide variety of infections.
Ceftriaxone, a third-generation cephalosporin, inhibits bacterial cell wall synthesis.
Sulbactam is a beta-lactamase inhibitor that enhances the efficacy of Ceftriaxone by inhibiting resistant enzymes produced by bacteria.

Usage Information
Dosage
Route: IV or IM injection Adults: As per physician’s advice; typical dose 375 mg once or twice daily Children: Dose adjusted by body weight Reconstitute with provided sterile water before use Administer under medical supervision only.
Side Effects
Common: Local pain or swelling at injection site Diarrhea or nausea Skin rashes Mild increase in liver enzymes Rare but Serious: Anaphylaxis Seizures (in renal impairment) Hemolytic anemia C. difficile-associated diarrhea
Contraindications
Hypersensitivity to cephalosporins or penicillins Neonates with jaundice or on calcium IV therapy Severe renal or hepatic impairment (use with caution)
