Description:
Rabeprazole 20 mg + Domperidone 30 mg (10 mg IR + 20 mg SR) is a dual-release gastro-prokinetic and acid-suppressive combination designed for effective and long-lasting relief from acid reflux, nausea, bloating, and delayed gastric emptying.
Rabeprazole, a proton pump inhibitor (PPI), works by irreversibly inhibiting the H⁺/K⁺ ATPase enzyme in gastric parietal cells, thereby reducing acid secretion and promoting mucosal healing.
Domperidone in immediate and sustained-release form provides fast and prolonged prokinetic action, accelerating gastric emptying and relieving nausea, bloating, and fullness.

Dosage
