Description:
Pantoprazole 40 mg + Domperidone 30 mg (SR) is a synergistic combination therapy designed to treat acid-related gastrointestinal conditions accompanied by nausea, bloating, and delayed gastric emptying.
Pantoprazole is a proton pump inhibitor (PPI) that reduces the secretion of gastric acid by irreversibly blocking the H+/K+ ATPase enzyme in stomach lining cells, helping heal peptic ulcers and GERD.
Domperidone is a dopamine D2 receptor antagonist with prokinetic and antiemetic properties. In sustained release (SR) form, it promotes gastric motility and provides long-lasting relief from nausea and bloating.

Usage Information
Dosage
Adults: One tablet daily, preferably 30–60 minutes before breakfast Swallow whole with water—do not chew, crush, or split Follow physician’s prescribed duration of treatment
