Description:
Rabeprazole 20mg + Domperidone 30mg (10mg IR + 20mg SR) is a combination medication used for the effective treatment of acid reflux, GERD, dyspepsia, nausea, and vomiting. Rabeprazole is a proton pump inhibitor (PPI) that suppresses gastric acid secretion by inhibiting the H+/K+ ATPase enzyme. Domperidone, in a dual release formulation, provides both rapid symptom relief (10mg immediate-release) and sustained gastric motility support (20mg sustained-release). This dual action makes the formulation highly effective in managing gastrointestinal symptoms caused by delayed gastric emptying and excess acid.
Tags:

- Improves gastric emptying and reduces bloating
- Dual-release action ensures sustained relief
- Helps manage both upper GI and motility-related symptoms
