Description:
This combination medication contains Isopropamide, an anticholinergic agent, and Trifluoperazine Hydrochloride, a typical antipsychotic from the phenothiazine class. It is used primarily to manage symptoms related to gastrointestinal disorders and psychotic conditions.
Isopropamide 5 mg works by reducing spasms in the gastrointestinal tract, helping to relieve symptoms such as abdominal cramps, diarrhea, and excessive intestinal motility.
Trifluoperazine Hydrochloride 2 mg acts on the central nervous system to control psychotic symptoms like hallucinations, delusions, and severe anxiety. It also has antiemetic properties, helping to prevent nausea and vomiting.
This formulation is especially useful for patients who require both antispasmodic and antipsychotic effects, such as in certain gastrointestinal disorders complicated by anxiety or psychosis.

Usage Information
Dosage
Take as prescribed by your physician. Typically, 1 tablet 2–3 times daily after meals. Do not exceed the recommended dose. Swallow whole with water. Inform your doctor of other medications or health conditions.
