Prednisolone Acetate is a synthetic corticosteroid formulated at 1% w/v for ophthalmic use. It is indicated for the treatment of inflammation and allergic conditions of the eye. The drug works by suppressing the inflammatory response to a variety of stimuli and helps in reducing symptoms like swelling, redness, itching, and irritation in ocular tissues.

Usage Information
Dosage
Adults & Children: Instill 1–2 drops into the affected eye(s) 2 to 4 times daily. During the initial phase, the dose may be increased up to 1 drop every hour if necessary. Shake well before use. Wash hands before and after application. Do not touch the dropper tip to any surface.
