Description:
Ofloxacin 0.3% w/v Ophthalmic Solution is a broad-spectrum fluoroquinolone antibiotic used for treating bacterial infections of the eye. It works by inhibiting bacterial DNA gyrase and topoisomerase IV enzymes, which are essential for bacterial DNA replication and repair, thereby stopping the growth of bacteria.
This eye drop is effective in treating bacterial conjunctivitis, keratitis, and other superficial ocular infections caused by susceptible bacteria. Ofloxacin helps in rapid resolution of infection and prevents complications, promoting eye health and comfort.

Usage Information
Dosage
Instill 1–2 drops in the affected eye(s) every 2 to 4 hours for the first 2 days, then reduce frequency as directed by your healthcare provider. Complete the full prescribed course, even if symptoms improve. Wash hands before use and avoid touching the dropper tip to the eye or any surface.
