Description:
This ophthalmic solution is a multi-component artificial tear formulation designed to provide enhanced hydration, lubrication, and electrolyte replenishment for dry, irritated, or environmentally stressed eyes. It contains:
Hydroxypropylmethylcellulose (HPMC) 2% w/w: A high-viscosity polymer that forms a protective, lubricating film on the eye surface. It mimics natural tears and offers long-lasting hydration.
Electrolytes (Sodium Chloride, Potassium Chloride, Calcium Chloride, Magnesium Chloride, Sodium Acetate, and Sodium Citrate): These minerals are essential for maintaining ocular surface health, osmolarity balance, and corneal epithelial integrity.
This balanced formulation is ideal for moderate to severe dry eye syndrome, digital eye strain, and post-surgical care, and supports overall ocular surface homeostasis.
