Description:
This nasal solution combines Xylometazoline Hydrochloride (0.05%), a fast-acting nasal decongestant, with Benzalkonium Chloride (0.05%), a preservative with antimicrobial properties. Xylometazoline is a sympathomimetic agent that constricts the nasal blood vessels, effectively reducing swelling and congestion in the nasal passages. Benzalkonium helps maintain sterility and prevents contamination of the solution.
This formula is designed for temporary relief of nasal congestion due to colds, allergies, sinusitis, or hay fever, making breathing easier and reducing nasal discomfort. It is suitable for children over 6 years and adults, under appropriate dosing.

Usage Information
Dosage
Adults & Children over 6 years: 1–2 drops/sprays in each nostril every 8–10 hours as needed. Do not exceed 3 doses per day. Blow nose before application. Tilt head slightly forward when applying.
