Acetylcysteine 600mg (Orange Flavour) is a mucolytic agent commonly used to help relieve symptoms of respiratory conditions by thinning and loosening mucus in the airways. This allows for easier expectoration, improving breathing in conditions like bronchitis, chronic obstructive pulmonary disease (COPD), and other lung disorders. Acetylcysteine also acts as an antioxidant and is used as an antidote for acetaminophen (paracetamol) overdose, protecting the liver from damage.

Usage Information
Dosage
Take 600mg orally once or twice daily as prescribed. Can be taken with or without food. Drink plenty of fluids to help mucus clearance.
