Description:
Dapagliflozin 10 mg + Sitagliptin 100 mg + Metformin Hydrochloride (Extended Release) 500 mg** is a triple combination oral antidiabetic medication used for the effective management of Type 2 Diabetes Mellitus in adults.
This fixed-dose formulation combines three complementary mechanisms of action:
Dapagliflozin (10 mg) – An SGLT2 inhibitor that reduces blood glucose by promoting glucose excretion through urine.
Sitagliptin (100 mg) – A DPP-4 inhibitor that increases insulin secretion and reduces glucagon release post-meals.
