Description:

Bisoprolol Fumarate 5mg + Dapagliflozin 10mg is a unique fixed-dose combination medication used in the management of patients with coexisting hypertension (high blood pressure) and type 2 diabetes mellitus, especially those at risk for cardiovascular disease.

  • Bisoprolol, a cardioselective beta-1 blocker, lowers blood pressure and heart rate by reducing the workload on the heart, helping to manage hypertension and reduce the risk of cardiovascular events.

  • Dapagliflozin, an SGLT2 inhibitor, reduces blood glucose by promoting glucose excretion through the urine and also provides cardiovascular and renal protective benefits.

This dual-action combination is especially useful in patients who require both blood pressure and blood sugar management, improving adherence by combining two essential medications in one tablet.
