Description:
This antifungal solution contains Clotrimazole 1%, a broad-spectrum imidazole derivative effective against dermatophytes, yeasts, and certain bacteria. Formulated in a soothing base of Glycerin I.P. and Propylene Glycol I.P., this preparation ensures deep skin penetration and prolonged antifungal action.
Clotrimazole works by inhibiting the synthesis of ergosterol, a vital component of fungal cell membranes, leading to cell death. The glycerin base moisturizes the skin, reducing dryness and irritation, while propylene glycol enhances absorption, making the formulation ideal for treating fungal infections such as ringworm, athlete’s foot, jock itch, and candidiasis.

Usage Information
Dosage
Clean and dry the affected area thoroughly Apply a thin layer of the solution twice daily Gently massage until absorbed Continue use for 2–4 weeks even if symptoms improve Wash hands after each application
