Usage Information
Dosage
Rinse mouth with 10–15 ml of the solution undiluted. Swish thoroughly for 30 seconds, then spit out. Do not swallow. Use twice daily or as advised by your dentist. Avoid rinsing with water or eating for 30 minutes post-use.

Contraindications
