ROSUBAT-GOLD-20
MRP: 295
Packaging: 10X10
Pack Type: tablet
Composition:
Rosuvastatin 20mg + Clopidogrel 75mg + Aspirin 75mg
Indication:
indicated for the secondary prevention of cardiovascular events in patients with a history of atherosclerotic cardiovascular disease (ASCVD), including those who have experienced myocardial infarction or stroke. Rosuvastatin helps lower cholesterol levels and reduce the risk of further cardiovascular events, while Aspirin and Clopidogrel act as antiplatelet agents to prevent blood clots. Together, this combination effectively reduces the risk of major cardiovascular events such as heart attacks and strokes in high-risk patients, supporting a comprehensive approach to cardiovascular health management.
Description:
This fixed-dose combination of Rosuvastatin 20mg, Clopidogrel 75mg, and Aspirin 75mg is used for the prevention of cardiovascular events in patients at high risk of heart attack, stroke, or other vascular complications.
Rosuvastatin is a statin that lowers LDL (bad cholesterol), raises HDL (good cholesterol), and reduces triglycerides.
Clopidogrel is an antiplatelet agent that prevents clot formation by inhibiting platelet aggregation.
Aspirin is also an antiplatelet agent that inhibits thromboxane A2, preventing blood clots.
This triple-action therapy is especially beneficial in post-myocardial infarction patients, those with coronary artery disease, or diabetic patients with high cardiovascular risk.
