Description:
Isoxsuprine 10mg is a vasodilator used primarily to improve blood flow in conditions involving poor circulation. It works by relaxing the smooth muscles in blood vessels, leading to their dilation and enhanced blood supply, especially to peripheral areas and the uterus. Commonly prescribed in the treatment of peripheral vascular diseases such as arteriosclerosis, Raynaud's disease, and certain obstetric conditions like threatened preterm labor, Isoxsuprine helps reduce vascular resistance and improve tissue oxygenation. It is also used in gynecology to manage uterine spasms.
