Description:

This nasal spray combines two active ingredients:

  • Fluticasone Furoate (0.028% w/w): A potent corticosteroid that reduces inflammation in the nasal passages by inhibiting multiple types of inflammatory cells and cytokines.

  • Oxymetazoline Hydrochloride IP (0.050% w/w): A topical nasal decongestant that acts on alpha-adrenergic receptors, causing vasoconstriction in the nasal mucosa, which rapidly relieves nasal congestion.

Together, they provide fast and long-lasting relief from nasal symptoms due to allergic rhinitis, sinusitis, and congestion.
