Description:
Fexofenadine 60mg + Montelukast 4mg is a combination antihistamine and leukotriene receptor antagonist used to manage symptoms of allergic rhinitis, seasonal allergies, and mild asthma.
Fexofenadine is a second-generation antihistamine that blocks H1 receptors to reduce sneezing, itching, runny nose, and watery eyes.
Montelukast is a leukotriene receptor antagonist that inhibits substances causing airway inflammation and constriction.
Together, they offer a dual-action approach to managing both upper respiratory and allergic symptoms with improved efficacy and reduced sedation.

Dosage
Adults & Children over 12 years: 1 tablet once daily, or as directed by a physician Children under 12 years: Use only under medical supervision; dosage adjustment may be required Should be taken with water and can be taken with or without food

Contraindications
