Azelastine Hydrochloride 140 mcg + Fluticasone Furoate 27.5 mcg is a dual-action nasal spray that combines an antihistamine (Azelastine) with a corticosteroid (Fluticasone Furoate) to provide powerful and fast-acting relief from seasonal and perennial allergic rhinitis.
Azelastine blocks histamine receptors to reduce sneezing, itching, and runny nose.

Dosage
