Indication:
Indicated for relief of pain, inflammation, and swelling in conditions like arthritis, sprains, strains, back pain, and musculoskeletal injuries.
Description:
This topical formulation combines three powerful agents for effective pain and inflammation relief:
Virgin Linseed Oil BP 3.0% w/w: A natural anti-inflammatory rich in alpha-linolenic acid, which helps soothe muscles and joints and enhances skin penetration of active ingredients.
Diclofenac Diethylamine IP 1.16% w/w (equivalent to Diclofenac Sodium 1% w/w): A non-steroidal anti-inflammatory drug (NSAID) that inhibits cyclooxygenase (COX) enzymes, reducing the synthesis of prostaglandins responsible for pain, swelling, and inflammation.
Methyl Salicylate IP 10% w/w: A counterirritant that provides a warming sensation, increases blood flow, and aids in relieving muscle and joint discomfort.
This combination delivers multi-modal pain relief, ideal for muscular strains, sprains, arthritis, and localized joint pain.
