Description:
Paracetamol 500mg (Dispersible Tablets) is an effective and convenient analgesic and antipyretic medication used to relieve mild to moderate pain and reduce fever. These dispersible tablets dissolve in water, making them easy to swallow, especially for those who have difficulty with solid tablets. Paracetamol works by blocking the production of prostaglandins, chemicals in the body that cause pain and inflammation. This makes it suitable for treating conditions such as headaches, toothaches, muscle pain, arthritis, and reducing fever associated with colds or infections.
