Composition:

Tramadol 37.5mg + Paracetamol 325mg

Indication:

for the relief of moderate to moderately severe pain, such as post-operative pain, musculoskeletal pain, dental pain, and injury-related pain, when single-agent therapy is not sufficient.

Description:

Tramadol 37.5 mg + Paracetamol 325 mg is a centrally acting analgesic combination used for the treatment of moderate to moderately severe pain.

  • Tramadol is an opioid analgesic that works by binding to μ-opioid receptors and inhibiting the reuptake of serotonin and norepinephrine in the brain.

  • Paracetamol (Acetaminophen) acts as a non-opioid analgesic and antipyretic by inhibiting prostaglandin synthesis in the central nervous system.

This combination offers faster and more effective pain relief than either drug alone and is suitable for short-term pain management such as post-operative pain, musculoskeletal pain, or dental pain.
