This combination is commonly prescribed for the effective management of moderate to severe pain, inflammatory conditions, dysmenorrhea (menstrual pain), muscle pain, dental pain, and fever. Mefenamic Acid reduces inflammation and pain by inhibiting prostaglandin synthesis, while Paracetamol complements it with its antipyretic and analgesic properties.
