Description:
Diclofenac Diethylamine BP 1.74% w/v + Methyl Salicylate IP 10% + Linseed Oil 3% w/v + Menthol IP 5% w/v is a topical analgesic and anti-inflammatory gel designed to provide effective relief from muscle pain, joint pain, swelling, and inflammation. This pain relief gel combines Diclofenac Diethylamine (a powerful NSAID) with Methyl Salicylate (a counterirritant), Linseed Oil (to nourish the skin), and Menthol (for a soothing cooling effect), working synergistically to provide targeted relief.
The gel penetrates deeply into the skin, reducing pain and inflammation at the source of discomfort. Methyl Salicylate has a warming effect that enhances the absorption of the medication, while Menthol provides an immediate cooling sensation, offering fast-acting pain relief for conditions like muscle sprains, arthritis, back pain, sports injuries, and strains.
This topical formulation is designed for local application, avoiding common side effects associated with oral pain medications. Ideal for people suffering from chronic or acute inflammatory pain, it offers relief without the gastrointestinal discomfort that is often seen with oral NSAIDs.
