Albendazole 200mg + Ivermectin 1.5mg**

This combination is a broad-spectrum anthelmintic and antiparasitic medication used for the treatment of intestinal worm infestations, including roundworms, hookworms, whipworms, threadworms, and strongyloides, as well as ectoparasitic infestations like scabies and head lice.

  • Albendazole works by inhibiting microtubule synthesis in parasitic worms, leading to energy depletion and death of the parasite.

  • Ivermectin acts by binding to glutamate-gated chloride channels, paralyzing and eliminating parasites.

This combination ensures comprehensive parasite elimination, especially in mixed helminthic and ectoparasitic infections.
