Description:
Sodium Fusidate 20 mg is a potent topical antibiotic used to treat bacterial skin infections, especially those caused by Staphylococcus aureus, including strains resistant to other antibiotics (e.g. MRSA). It belongs to the fusidane class of antibiotics and works by inhibiting bacterial protein synthesis, stopping bacterial growth without affecting healthy skin.
It is commonly prescribed for conditions such as impetigo, infected eczema, folliculitis, and minor wound infections. Sodium Fusidate is well tolerated on the skin and can be used safely in both children and adults.

Usage Information
Dosage
Apply a thin layer 2 to 3 times daily on the affected area Clean the skin before application Do not cover with airtight bandages unless instructed Complete the full course even if symptoms improve early Wash hands before and after use
